FAQ

You are allowed to bring in vendors such as deejays, photographers, and florists. However, no outside alcohol or food items may be brought in. (We make an exception for cakes to celebrate your special event).

 

We can accommodate up to 200 guests seated without a dance floor or 180 seated with a dance floor.

This will be discussed and covered in the first meeting with us. .

One of the first things we will do is meet with you and create a design that would best fit your desired layout. 

We provide both chairs and round tables that seat from 6-10. However, you can arrange to bring in your own furniture. Setup fees will be discussed in the first meeting you have to book your event.

Per the State of Texas liquor laws (TABC), all alcoholic beverages must be managed by us under our liquor license. We have a variety of bar packages to fit any budget. Outside alcohol is not allowed in our venues.

There are more than 100 parking spaces shared with the restaurant. In addition, we have auxiliary parking for 50 vehicles.

No, but we do ask that you remove any of your personal items by the agreed upon time in your contract.

We offer basic service and advice to include the setup for the venue itself. If you would like someone to be in charge of the directing so that the flow of your ceremony/reception goes as you would prefer on your special day, we can assistance. 

Absolutely! We can schedule a rehearsal for you. These typically take place the evening before the event. We also offer services to host the dinner that follows.

This is a possibility based on the size of your event and date. We offer multiple rooms that can be divided, offering flexibility of party sizes.

Please note that our clubhouse is a smoke-free environment, which includes the use of e-cigarettes. Guests who wish to smoke are welcome to do so in the designated outdoor smoking area.

Payment details will be addressed during the initial meeting with the Event Coordinator.
