Our banquet room can seat up to 300 people to make even your biggest event come to life. We offer an array of services in house including lodging, fine cuisine, bar and flexible lighting to insure an all-inclusive event. Whether you are looking for a private dinner or planning your next gala we provide elegant occasions and memorable events to be celebrated in a gracious setting among family and friends.

FAQ

You are allowed to bring in vendors such as deejays, photographers, and caterers for special cakes. However, all other food must be ordered through our kitchen.

We can accommodate up to 200 guests seated without a dance floor or 180 seated with a dance floor.

We would love to show you our venues! Appointments can be made by contacting Brenda Palmer Tuesday thru Saturday at 817-573-2641.

This will be discussed and covered in the first meeting with us. .

One of the first things we will do is meet with you and create a design that would best fit your desired layout. 

We provide both chairs and round tables that seat from 6-10. However, you can arrange to bring in your own furniture. Setup fees will be discussed in the first meeting you have to book your event.

Based on Texas liquor law, all alcoholic beverages must be managed by us under our liquor license. We have a variety of bar packages to fit any budget. Please do not bring in ANY outside alcohol into our venue.

There are more than 100 parking spaces shared with the restaurant. In addition, we have auxiliary parking for 50 vehicles.

No, but we do ask that you remove any of your personal items by the agreed upon time in your contract.

We offer basic service and advice to include the setup for the venue itself. If you would like someone to be in charge of the directing so that the flow of your ceremony/reception goes well, we do offer to help with that. 

Yes, we can arrange a rehearsal time for you. Rehearsals are typically done the night prior to the event. We also offer services to hold the following dinner as well.

This is a possibility based on the size of your event and date. We offer multiple rooms that can be divided, offering flexibility of party sizes.

Our venue is smoke-free inside the club house (this includes e-cigarettes). Your guests are welcome to smoke in our designated smoking area outside.

This is a service that we provide. All we want is for your special day to go a smooth as possible.

Payments will be discussed in the first meeting with the coordinator. 

We accept checks, Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard. Checks are payable to Pecan Plantation.
