The Pecan Plantation Volunteer Fire Department and the Pecan Plantation Emergency Medical Services provide progressive fire, rescue and emergency medical response to our residents and many surrounding Hood County communities. The VFD/EMS has active personnel, both volunteer and career, that include paramedics, EMTs, rescue technicians and firefighters trained to meet the demanding needs of emergency services, giving the residents of Pecan Plantation outstanding safety and protection of their property.
